Flow

Advanced Pilates.

Predominantly derived from the Advanced System and employing the 6 principles of Pilates, Flow is the descriptive name for quickly executed Pilates routines where there are no breaks from one movement to another within a limited amount of time. These physically demanding routines average 10 to 15 minutes and do not exceed 20 minutes.

Flow challenges the client to use the entire Body, focus the Mind and master the Breath.
